While this week's update could be our standard laundry list of improvements, fixes, etc., I wanted to highlight a new capability: franchise onboarding.
When we're working with franchises, it's important to provide clear communication and an easy path to success. We've been hard at work over the past few weeks to revamp our tooling and give us better ways to communicate with groups of franchise owners, streamline their processes, and track their progress.
What does all this mean for you?
- If you are onboarding a group of franchised restaurants, we will be able to achieve a successful implementation much more quickly
- We'll also be rolling out self-service enterprise tools to enable easier communication
